Maisour charges a 1.5% investment fee at the time of completing a property acquisition, a 0.5% annual administration fee, and a 2.5% on exit.
The 1.5% acquisition fee is a onetime fee for each investment, which is included in the property price when it is listed on our platform and designed to cover the sourcing and acquisition operation costs.
The 0.5% management fee is designed to cover the ongoing operation costs of managing the investment company and its assets. This includes our process of managing the share transactions between investors as well as oversight over the properties. This is charged annually.
The 2.5% exit fee is charged when the asset gets sold.
