IS THE PROPERTY REGISTERED IN DUBAI LAND DEPARTMENT? 

YES once the funding round completes and all the property share are sold MAISOUR will: 

  1. Issue a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) company registered in DIFC and owned by the investors
  2. Transfer the property ownership in Dubai Land Department under the name of that SPV and share with you the title deed copy and your share certificate in the SPV.  Your SPV share details are available online at the DIFC registrar.
